I am a long time hobbiest knife maker and have been using them for even longer. I've been burned by both expensive and cheap blades, and have found some great values in some inexpensive lines. There are several keys in buying a good knife, and I have learned many of these the hard way. In addition to the reviews, I plan on sharing some things that you should be looking for when seeking out a cutting tool.
Tactical and survival knives are important, but I will also cover less exciting tools like kitchen knives. The common thread in this site is an edge. I probably will not cover screwdrivers and prison shivs (at least until April 1.)
